Putin to meet fin minister, cbank head to discuss crisis
MOSCOW, Jan 29 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin will host a new discussion of the measures to struggle with the economic crisis with Finance Minister Anton Siluanov and Central Bank Chairwoman Elvira Nabiullina later on Friday, spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“The president will continue discussion of economic issues,” Peskov said.
On Thursday, Putin held a smeeting with Nabiullina and Siluanov after a pre-scheduled meeting with the government. On Tuesday, he discussed economic issues with Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev, who is preparing an anti-crisis plan for 2016.
No details of the discussions have been made public, only the anti-crisis measures proposed by the economic ministry were earlier reported by media.
Peskov said that on Friday, Putin will also meet with Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov.
